How do I return an item?
If your product is unwanted or you have changed your mind and need to return an item please email onlinesales@freshfragrance to arrange a refund.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to refund your product if it is in perfect resaleable condition. I.e unopened fully sealed in its original packaging and unused.
